XTX v PE worth the extra?

Is the xtx 120.4 worth the premium over the ek PE 120.4? I will be using 2 480s to make the most of my 900Ds space. It will be a motherboard, CPU and sli loop.

I hope to not have the fans on if possible and when on they will be as Low as possible to minimise all noise levels.

It will be a 2 part build with CPU and one rad first then sli with blocks, mobo and another rad 1-2 months later.

PE rads are best at med-high airflow so there automatically the XTX may be better. I'd go with known leaders at low-med airflow like XSPC RX V3, HWLabs Black Ice Nemesis, Mayhems Havoc etc.

Owned PE, XTX and RX myself.

I'd say XTX and RX are opted for low fan speed but XTX performs very well at ~1500rpm as well.

PE are more restrictive and thus would need higher fan speed to shine.

I'd go for XTX if you have the fans and space in case.
