Yamaha AV receiver sound modes

I notice my amp has lots of different settings like, chamber, hall in Vienna etc.

Does anyone use any of these with gaming and movies?

Not got much time to really test.... So thought to ask

i use standard for tv and movies, music for music videos,MTV etc and 7 channel stereo for playing music. The rest of them I never use.

I use standard, drama, adventure and sci-fi.

Dual stereo for music and Dolby pro logic 2 for everything else...

I never use any of these modes either on my HTR-2064,Although i do switch between 2 channel stereo (when using headphones) and 5.1 enhanced (when not using headphones)

Yamaha make some really good Amps,Mines still going strong except i get the occasional signal loss and black screen..turning it off and putting it back on again fixes this weird issue.
