Guys ,

I am far from an electrician and was wondering if i can just snipp of the Molex connector and plugg this straight into a 3 pinn adaptor so i can plugg it straight inot the back of my Asake Fann cotroller ?So i can just use the black and red wires ?

The other wires are not directly connected to the fan , so no problem.

The Yellow , and other Black , wire in your picture is purely to maintain a molex passthrough.
