Yateloon Vs Panaflo Fans

Ok need 2 fans for my future watercooling kit for the radiator. Now I have 1 panaflo fan (model number is FBA12G12L) and was thinking of getting another one with model no FB-120-L1A as they have high cfm but are quite at 7v. But in the MM there are some Yateloon D12SL-12 fans. And these look good at low volts but have seen some people say they are quite noisey? So people with either the Yateloons or the Panaflos could you comment on how loud they are especially the panaflos.

Hi, I had to run my Panaflo FB-120-L1A at 7V to get it to what I would call an acceptable noise level,then comparing temps v's noise it was no better than the SilenX I was running before @12V.But this could be due to other factors (case temps,heat sink seating etc...) so best not read to much into it.
I have heard good comments on Yateloon D12SL-12 fans.

im not nocking the l1a because my sli'd 7800 dont go above 40oC load and my cpu above 50oC. At 7v they bout as load as a air setup
