Hello

Does anyone know if they still sell 32bit AMD Athlon XP3200+ processors anywhere ?


I just had a flash of inspiration last night that "I bet those processors are dead cheap by now"
Little did I realise that everywhere had stopped selling them.
Obviously I know that competitors cannot be named here, but it would still be nice to know if someone could deffinately tell me one way or the other whether I will be able to find one or not

You'll probably find that as they're as rare as hens teeth now, most companies will up the price.

I think those particular CPUs fetch a premium on the auction place, as they are top of the range, but the slightly less fast 3000 and 2800 chips are proportionately much less expensive.

Picked up a 2500+ mobile in MM for 22 quid recently and thats pretty much guranteed 3200+ and more speeds tbh
