Just a few from yesterdays Air-show.The photo call on friday. First air-show attempt so quiet pleased with the way they came out. The weather was a bi@ch Very little rain but the clouds where as back as night then clear blue Sky's and back to cloud in seconds. It was a pratice run for fairford Air-show

Gear used was my
10D with 70-200 f2.8 sigma and 2x converter
30D with 50-500 sigma and 24-70 f2.8 sigma

Some fantastic photos there!
I particularly like the way you've managed to get the shutter speed low enough in the chopper pics to blur the rotors, but fast enough to keep the fuselage sharp. What settings were those taken at?

Exif is embedded in all pics ,setting varied due to the light changing by the second and amount of very black and white clouds plus some blue sky now and again lol
 
Some nice shots there! The F16 looks like it put on a good show.

The Harrier is from RAF Cottesmore, I've shot it a few times.
 
It was a good day :) The only problem I found was the sun tended to backlight the flying display, rather than illuminate it.

And hey! That's my Nimrod! (I was one of the groundcrew down on that trip!)

Hi and thanks I did get a few of the Nimrod these were taken on the friday photo call ..
