yes another new build question

I'm putting together a new build for a mate whos five year old family emachine has died (I know it's his fault for buying a emachine :rolleyes:)

I've put together the following bits and the graphics card is out of stock as he wants the rig as quickly as possible I'm looking for suggestions for a different graphics card?

Any particular reason for going for 32bit Vista?

As for the graphics card the OcUK 512mb 9600GT is only slightly more expensive but quite a bit better performer I believe.

//edit and did you mean to put in two DVDRWs? If you did then I'd make them SATA as they will be sharing the same IDE chain anyway.

Thanks semi-pro waster, the only reason for Vista 32bit was to avoid any compatibility issues. Thanks for pointing out my mistake on the the DVD drives, it was just a quick spec put together yesterday so I could show my mate how cheap it would be to build a new rig rather buying an off the shelf piece of junk from that well known high street retailer.

Thanks hp7909 I'll have a look at that, my mate is all for saving a few quid and your suggestion is £90 cheaper than my original spec.
