He has RAM, HDD, DVD D, Cooler and Case. He just needs everything else, can you help??

You could save a little bit by getting the Corsair HX 520 rather than that Seasonic. Both will be more than capable of running the rig. The difference between our two specs is really dual core or quad core, underbudget or over.
