I've had some issues trying to get both my 8800GS and 8800GT to perform to their capabilities (with them both on the same motherboard) due to them having a different number of shader processors. I knew that putting the GS in the top slot might fix the problem but I couldn't do that due to the pci-e wifi card I'm using not working in the 4x slot on the board. First I got the wifi card working in the desired slot and then got the gfx cards how i wanted them. It was about 2 hours work but my GS has gone from 3100ppd to ~5000ppd where it should be.

Excellent work there - glad you got it sorted :)

Of course you know what would be better than wooden shelving? Yes that's right a stack of PCs to hold that top one up :p :D

edit: congrats on breaking 10kPPD - I popped over that the other day thanks to some nice SMP WUs and got a warm fuzzy feeling :D
