Yes ware going into spam

We have just started using yes ware for our e-mail analytics - however sometimes it ends up going into spam filters. Does anyone know why this may be and how we can stop it ?

i remember at my last place the HR manager kept forwading me all his spam.

in the end, i added his email address to divert to my junk folder lol

I'd use something like isnotspam.com to view why it's being marked as spam: it'll let you see what spam rules you're violating.

Yesware is for tracking sales emails right? Sales emails are always spam to me unless I've requested them.

not spam we are just using it as a tool to check if investors have opened e mails. Nothing malicious just a useful tool

Depends on the spam filter, if it's any good just ensuring your spf is set and valid should be enough.

If it's ropey in-house spam assassin or something like outlook's built in filter you may need to look at the email content (html : text ratio, key words and so on).
