Hi,
I'm after a new monitor and have a few in mind but can't decide which one is best, i've got up to about £250 to spend and i'm mainly going to be using it for photoshop work and also to replace my old TV and watch movies on hence the need for 22".
The ones i've got in mind and my inital thoughts on these are as follows:
Samsung Pebble SM2232BW - Looks nice, not very sturdy and bad backlight levels apparently
Samsung SM226BW - Again looks nice, bit sturdier than the pebble but not sure about all this panel 'lottery' stuff!
LG L227WT - Looks very nice, good response time, good contrast ratio, seems a very good monitor but can't find many reviews
HP W2207H - Looks pretty good, been wary of HP products since my flatmate worked for them but this gets good reviews
After much deliberation and review reading i was thinking of getting the LG L227WT or the HP W2207H with the LG one being my current favourite but am after some advice as don't know too much about them.
Obviously for image work i'd prefer an S-IPS screen but i can't really stretch above £250 and wanted something larger than 20" to watch movies on.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated ...
