Yet another computer spec needed

Ok i need another computer spec ,

Needs:

Powerful enough to handle SEO software (More demanding than photoshop) , Photoshop , 3DS Max , After effects.

GFX card to play call of duty , css and other racing games (all new games so needs a decent card).

Need everything from OS (win 7 64bit or xp) to case (Coolermaster if possible).

Budget: £400-500 can stretch a little more depending on what i get.
