Added some extra bits after thinking it would probably be a good idea to put in some sort of drain valve and a new fan controller capable of handling all the fans in the system :)

Lamptron FC2 5.25" Bay Fan Controller - Black
Bitspower Mini-Valve - Matt Black
Bitspower Black Sparkle "T" Fitting - 180 Degree Water Cooling Accessory
Bitspower G1/4" Stop Fitting with O-ring - Black Matte Finish
Bitspower Premium G1/4" High Flow 7/16" Fitting - Black Matte Finish
Bitspower 24 Pin ATX Always ON connector (BP-WTP-J02)

*Update 2* due to extreme stock delay on the 480 rad I decided to change that out and I have ordered some tools, spray paint and braiding to make the red theme carry through to the fans and the braiding on the fan cables and SATA etc.

Molex Pin-Remover Tool - ModMyMachine Edition
ATX Pin-Remover Tool - ModMyMachine Edition

Braiding in red from a Well known braiding provider :)

1 Can of Plasti-kote white primer for the fans
1 Can of Plasti-kote super satin real red for the fan blades

XSPC EX480 120mm Radiator - Black 1

Not yet, still waiting on parts, the motherboard and the backplates are on a 2 week lead time so its all on hold till the lovely people at OCUK get their hands on the stock

I have had the 480 radiator delivered and the fan controller with the fittings for the T piece for draining the system and the molex tools, got the plasti-kote as well, next step will be practicing on some old fans to make sure i get the coverage and colour right.

Right well quick update, all the kit has arrived so I am clearing a working area and doing inventory currently, then its piccy time and I will post them here most probably tomorrow night.

So Loop planning

What i am thinking is as follows Res>Pump>CPU>GPU1>GPU2>480Rad>360Rad back to res

with the 480 rad in bottom chamber with a T piece to allow easy draining and the 360 rad in the top or the front of the case, im erring to the front to keep the tubing tidy

What do you guys reckon, the other option i was considering was as follows:

Res>Pump>CPU>360Rad>GPU1>GPU2>480Rad and back to res

Yeah I still havent unboxed yet, got to clear some serious working space, also the case is still at work, couldnt fit the box for the 900d and the parts in my car (polo) the boxes are MASSSIVE! :)

So first pics

Coolant and CPU plus a few blocks:

Motherboard and pump, you can see the 900D box in the top

So a small warning to those buying Lamptron fan controllers to go with the 900d.....

They dont fit, I have had to do some minor plastic removals (thank you mr dremel) to get the thing to fit, it appears that at the front the lamptron controller is wider than a 5.25" bay by 3-5mm so doesnt fit at all into the bays on the 900D without grinding down the plastic ridges and rests that corsair have used for their mounting solution.

hadn't noted that thanks for pointing it out, but rad on that side is going to make the tubing route better on the bottom rad.

Nothing is final yet will probably swap it back, its just too hot to be arsed to do anything right now other than spraying fans :)

Sorry for lack of updates, it seems when lifting and moving the case i managed to trap rib number 11 underneath rib 10 which meant i couldn't lift or do much at all, one osteopath visit later has fixed it so should see some progress this weekend when I have let this recover :)

I look forward to the end result :)

480mm rad is a bit of a sod to go in. its also incredibly tight between the rad and psu for fittings :( Wish id gone for a tube res now looking at that :(

im thinking of putting the 480 in the top as it does fit in up there and the 360 down bottom to make it easier fitting it but i can decide that later as i havent set anything in stone yet
