Yet another damn tyre thread :P

Going to be changing the tyres on my Supra twin turbo as I have no faith in the liquorice currently fitted, tyre size is 225/45/17, here's the best ones I could find using camskill and blackcircles:

Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110: £81.40
Uniroyal Rainsport 2: £100.73
Continental Sport Contact 3: 106.48

Opinions? I know nothing about the Hankooks but they have 5 star reviews on the tyre sites so assume their good, Ive used the Rainsport 2's before and know their good, Uniroyal is the wet weather division of Continental so I would assume the RS2's would slightly outperform the SP3's in the wet and that the SP3's would be a bit better in the dry? I also looked at Michelin PE2's however neither site had reinforced ones in my size, any other brands/types I should look at?

/shrug, stock is 225/50/16, this is supposed to be the recommended size for 17's

Hankook Ventus V12 Evo K110: £81.40

I had these on a my 306, managed to keep most of its various kind of steers (both under and over) in control pretty well, even when lowered on hard spax suspension, certainly a million times better than the P6000s it had on it before.
