Hi all
sorry about this (and I have tried searching the forums for an answer!) but here is my problem.
I run a raid system (2 x 300gb hds) raid 0, split into 2 partitions, c and d.
I have been running vista ultimate 32 bit on drive c and after having gfx driver problems/games slowdowns etc i decided I wanted to dual boot. I wanted to put xp on drive d and vista on drive c:
yesterday I firstly installed xp onto drive d, then reinstalled vista on drive c. All seemed ok, vista was booting fine then I tried to use vistabootpro to set up a boot menu to allow me to use xp.
It didnt work. When I selected xp from my new boot menu It said that the os was corrupt or missing and that I had to repair my xp installation. Vista would boot fine though from the menu.
So this morning I do what it says, installed xp onto d again, complete the installation etc, then when I reboot now it always just goes straight into xp, no options etc.
How can I get out of this viscious circle and get what I want....a real dual boot system!
please help!!
