Hey hi, it is me again! :o Well, following from this thread here http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/fo...age=7&sort=lastpost&order=&pp=25&daysprune=30

I emailed this dude again but he aint replying. Cool no problem, but while i was on ebay i decided to check out his other items he is selling as he's got a 95% success rate. I was suprised to to see that he's offering 49 syphon filter games (psp version) forsale! :eek: So i used the "ask-seller-about-product-procedure" to ask him how come he claims to have 49 copies nad yet refuse to comment on mine nor forwarding any tracking number/proof of post to me.

Anyway, i went in this morning only to find he had withdrawn of his shop-item the "49 syphon filter game" he listed previously. I think you guys can see the picture here, do i act now or still wait that number of "working days" before i do anything?

I kinda have a feeling im gonna lose out. Thanks.

Maybe he's sold them all?

It is only been 9 days since the end of the auction, you're still within the agreed delivery time.

He's in the US and i think it is almost impossible to sell 49 copies of one game in a day.... :confused:

Time will tell whether i have been duped or not.

Do you noet think he/she would have noticed if his/her account was hacked? He/she's in the US, and obvioulsy a very busy eBayer, so give them a chance crikey!

Don't worry about it, I'm sure it's all legit and you'll receive your game in good time. I know how you're feeling though, it doesn't really excuse why you've had no email replies, but they may just be really busy.

as in exactly what i said. I found this around 12 midnight, emailed him and went to bed then 7am when i checked again it seem to have be taken off. Seriously do you think he can manage to sell 49 copies in a day? I think it is almost impossible, given the fact that is already being sold in the US.

Depends on the price etc.

Was the auction removed, or had it just ended?

He's obviously a legit seller anyway. He might have removed the other listing himself if he mistakenly put the quantity as 49 instead of one, who knows.

If that's what you paid for the game then it's not like you're gonna lose your life savings if it doesn't arrive, so take it easy and wait for it to turn up :p And in future only buy from UK sellers who ship quickly :)
