Yet another Freezer 13

Hay!

In mid Dec, I ordered a AC Freezer 13 to cool my Phenom 965. But, unfortunately it came broken!! The fan was very loose, and it could be pulled off (if you pardon the pun) very easily. I installed and turned on to see if it would still work, but the fan rattles/doesn't spin properly.

Presuming I just got a bad one, I didn't bother with RMA (also my dad lost the white sheet/receipt). I just got the second one today, and it was exactly the same as the other one!

I sent a message to OcUK about RMA'ing but I've got a bad feeling if I get another one it will do the exact same thing :/ If I do, the world will end and I would have wasted £50 which is quite a bit when you're a little boy.

[Off Topic] I ordered this with some ArctiClean but one of the little pot came with the lid off! So I only got half of on the little bottles.

Should I just trust the RMA, or can I get a refund?

Regardless of a bad one, you should have RMAs the first one you got telling them it was broken. They know when you ordered it, they have all the order details, the white packing list is completely unimportant in this case! Seems odd that they both arrived broken. Best off ringing up OcUK and getting them to sort it out.
Same for the TIM cleaner.
