Yet another spec build

Right guys, this time I'm looking to build a system for my sister. Budget is £360 or so.

Main uses will be for college/uni work and some multimedia (youtube/movies/music)

Ideally I'd prefer an intel build, mouse and keyboard and OS not needed, everything else yes.

Any help would be appreciated.

Graphics card not needed either, I have a 5450 that can be put into the build or just use the intel hd graphics

Or you can switch for an AMD Trinity build which has an inbuillt 7660D graphics on the A10 which beats the 5450 for multimedia usage. However the Intel spec can have a second hand i5 put in later without any interference.

Sorry to be a pain but the budget is now max £400, would it be better to add an i5 2500k in that build? No need for an SSD either to be honest as I think she'd not need one
