Not a Quad? If you're prepared to overclock it it will hit 3ghz easily.

Everything else looks good

Not too keen on Quad, for all I've read dual seems to give the best for gaming. I'll certainly end up overclocking at some point, as I'd like to get 3-4 years out of this system.
