Yewen and I, had a riveting time..

Well, it's been in the works for a while now about going watercooling and finally got all the parts and tools needed during last week.

However, a Lian Li v1200 is completely riveted, so had to take it all apart to get it to fit onto my bench drill.

Yewen has before pics, I only have afters of putting it back together tonight after nearly killing him in the process with my rivet press.

need to get some proper polish to get rid of my grubby finger marks.

Messy room and complete case shot. Complete with Aluminium drill shavings and case for my dremel.

The monster bench drill, normal people use scrap wood under their work piece. Me? Well I used reader digests "Mysteries of the Bible" book. Hard to read now with a gaping 114 mm hole through it.

was thinking of putting current spec into the machine, but think I will get some new internals for it.

I took it apart to clamp it onto a bench drill.

Hand cutting wouldn't have been neat if done by myself, plus the only hand drill in the house is a Bosch drill my Dad owns.

He doesn't look after his tools and the chuck has rusted stuck.

I've surprised myself at the quality of the cut. The dremel I bought though did a fantastic job with the small sand cylinders. It helped to knock off any major rough bits, then wire wool made the cuts smooth to touch.

Using 38mm fans and a shroud, so can be drastically cut down with using bare rad on 25mm fans.

It would take up to two 5.25" bays with 25mm fans, if thats any help?
