Yikes, clearance issue - help

I was building a shuttle for HTPC needs, mainboard has HDMI out but can't use it yet since I only have a CRT tv for now.

So I went and bought: Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT Ultimate Silent 256MB

Big mistake since the passive cooler is huge and will take the pci slot for my tv card.

Any recommendations on an equally strong gfx card? Has to have S-Video, wouldn't cry if it was more expensive.

thats the next one down and is still passive and single slot

Looks good, fairly sure it won't take up more space than it's single slot? a pain to return stuff from denmark.

Tried looking at gigabytes website, but without finding better pictures or specific sizes.
