Just tried overclocking to previously stable settings and after saving and exiting from the bios my system just hanged at the enter bios screen! My mobo is a p5nsli and is suppost to auto reset to default bios settings in case of overclock failure. However, all that happens now when i turn on is that it boots to enter bios screen and hangs, nothing happens when i press delete to enter the bios. Also, the hdd led stays constant! I'm worried my PC has had it, please help.

It's only a matter of moving a jumper for a second... Consult your user manual for specific instructions for your mobo.
I could kiss you 2 fellas! Found a manual online for my mobo which contained instructions for resetting cmos. Followed the instructions and i'm now in the bios. Just gotta figure out how to get the bios settings back to normal now. Thanks and thanks again. Hehe, has been a while since i've used my laptop lol.
