Guys and gals, I’m a bit stumped. I’ve an ancient epson photo printer which is actually excellent, but something has changed in the driver. Flesh tones are coming out almost purple. It’s not the ink. So it must be the profile? It used to be ok until recently. I’ve had a dabble and there are lots of settings but nothing is making a difference. Has anyone got a stylus? Can you tell me what the profiles should read?

Do you have the inks in the right place in the printer ?

Most printers will print a test page if you press and hold the power button (or similar). Does that print ok ?

Yeah they’re all in their right place. It’s really odd as other images are now printing fine it’s just this one, which was taken using an iPhone. Flesh tones are purple. Yet my images are as you’d expect

What colour space does the image use? possible it is using a different image format i.e. expanded bit depth which isn't being handled well software wise.
