Yongnuo YN560-TX - Available soon!?

/want

I do like my 560iii's and this would be excellent depending upon price :)

I reckon it will be around £55 initially. Which for me is quite reasonable as it would make my life much easier than having to open the softbox to manually adjust the flash.

Good lad. i would but not all my gear has radio triggered ability.

Plus i've gone to using proper strobes now as i got my own studio setup at home

Good buy Raymond.
Let us know how it performs?

I knew it was coming but only just found out it is out already.

I actually sold a 580EXII to fund a 600EX-RT last week so now I could have 4 off camera flashes ! Lots of fun could be had with that!

Would these be a good alternative to these:

I'm looking for something to pair with the YN-568EXII
The 560-TX controller is a manual flash controller for the YN-560III flash or 602/603 triggers.

The product you linked to is an E-TTL controller so a different beast entirely. If you want OCF E-TTL then the YN-622's are very popular but i've never used them.

They have a controller out / just released for them now as well.

I've been considering some cheap YN-560III flashes for a while now, the 560-TX has just sold me.

Really looking forward to how you find the trigger Sh4rkie, when does it arrive?

For anyone else with some YN-560's how do you find them, build quality, battery life/overheating ect?

I have 2x YN-560 MK1 from when they first came out, have provided excellent service and the zoom is broken on both lol.

Does the YN560-TX not have an AF assist beam then? It's one feature that really appealed to me for wireless multiflash use especially for first dance usage placing lights around the dance floor on wedding shoots. the AF assist beam comes in handy.

Shipped a few days ago but coming from HK so another week i reckon.

My YN-560III's i can't fault as a manual flash, certainly comparable to my 580EX II.
