It's thought that the new Intel X48-based MoBo's will do it at a not insane NB voltage

Looks like the x38's will do it with insane voltage and water if ya fancy it

I think I'll be getting at least a single-loop for my Asus Maximus Formula SE with a Q9450, will probably go for a dual-one for the CPU too esp when it starts to get toasty soon
