How long do you have to leave it on for? I can manage my own facial hair, in fact I get quite stubbly if I don't shave for a day, however after about 3-4 days it gets to a certain point then wont grow anymore

Anything that I can use at this point to give it some extra welly would be quite useful.

I obviously don't want to spend £50 though, I want to achieve this on a budget.
