Have you noticed you've got a space in Windows on the 5th line. If that doesn't fix it you could try the following.

Try breaking that reg file into several smaller reg files, to help track down the line causing the problem.

Setup a machine with Vista business or Ultimate with a GPO on you WSUS server and then copy it's reg values.

Upgrade to Vista Business or Ultimate.

EDIT: I could be being daft since I don't know Vista very (and I can;t even remember when I last used a machine with XP home), but can you use local policies to set this up?

I don't know the answer to your question off the top of my head, but I should ask (a common question around here) - why? Can't see why you would want WSUS at home or Vista Home in a business...

I believe it needs a line at the top.

It looks like:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mkv]
@="MatroskaVideo"
"PerceivedType"="video"
"Content Type"="video/x-matroska"

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.ts]
@="MatroskaVideo"
"PerceivedType"="video"
"Content Type"="video/x-matroska"

Haha you must think im stupid, I Have sorted it myself now anyway by adding the info into the registry manually

What I meant by that was the 'Windows Registry...' bit at the top.

That just allows you to view MKVs in Media Center...

Was the only example I could think of.
