Thought I'd share some Corsair RMA experiences with you guys.
Sent off a matched 4GB set of dominator stuff + the fan which also broke on me. Couple of weeks later got the new memory back all nice and shiny in it's packaging... but no fan.
Emailed their customer services and they said...
"Hello Steven,
Based on our records, we have only received the memory sticks, we didnt receive any fan. Please note that all defective parts are being visually inspected before entering in the system to make sure that our recors are accurate.
Thank you!"
I was not pleased.
After some deliberation I had to forward my proof of purchase reciept from Overclockers + my postage receipt outlining the weight for them to ship it to me a week later. The final email read...
"Hello Steven,
This has been approved. Your replacement fan will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Once it shipped you will receive an email with tracking information."
Anyone else had anything like this before?
