I suggest you try http://mp3conv.net/

You can choose the quality from 160K, 192K and 320K.

I usually use google search result, but for bigger things I use JDownload, which I love.

On my phone I use tubemate, but it leaves the video data in the mp3 file, which is a bit lazy.
