Absolutely. Everyone had to start somewhere and only through hard work can they make something happen.

So either you do know or you don't. By the way, interest-only mortgages don't tend to react too well to increases in interest rates

I fixed at 3% for 10 years about a year ago, which will see me to the end of my mortgage. To be honest the rate doesn't really concern me as my borrowed amount is relatively small. All i cared about was peace of mind. I think at the time a 1.5% vs a 3% was about £40 a month difference in cost.
