AVG - anti-virus
Diskeeper 2009 Pro - defrag
Bluetooth Manager - BT
VirtualClone Drive service -some ISO or the other is always mounted...

I haven't found any of these to impact performance in any way.

utorrent is left on when I go to sleep.
