**Your Best Game Of 2014**

What is your best game of 2014 on "any console" this year (2014) ?

for me it's Forza Horizon 2.
The graphics are lovely and the handling (without assists) is fantastic and
I still play it every day since i got it at release.

Awful year for console games.

I've probably played Destiny the most but wouldn't recommend it to anyone lol.

I don't think there has been a stand out winner. Games I've enjoyed the most this year are probably:

Walking Dead Season 2
Wolf Among Us
Forza Horizon 2
Watch Dogs

I'm waiting on Dragon Age and Far Cry 4 until next year maybe so they could be contenders. Also ignoring remasters and re-releases because it feels like they shouldn't qualify.

Dragon Age: Inquisition I think. Not been this engrossed in something since Elder Scrolls IV.

It's a difficult one. I've played Tomb Raider, Destiny, Driveclub, Farcry 4, Second Son, Wolfenstein and MGS:GZ plus a bunch of indie games vis PS+.

I'm going to have to say that the most enjoyment I got out of all of that this year was:

Wolfenstein

Followed by Far Cry 4 but I am still playing through that.

Alien Isolation was pretty fantastic. The graphics are some of the best I've seen on a console, which was quite a surprise as hadn't heard much talk of that.

GTA V on Xbox One is another standout title - didn't think it could get much better than when I had it on PS3 but it's significantly improved.

The last of us remastered on the ps4. I'd even recommend buying a ps4 to play it as its such a masterpiece. Very high up on the list of best games I've ever played, let alone this year.

Can we count Bravely Default since it came out late December?

Edit, if not Diablo 3 on PS4 probably got the most playtime off me, and South Park the stick of truth was excellent.

Wolfenstein was really good and I enjoyed Ryse son of rome quite a lot more than I thought I would.

For sp it's hard as nothing has really stood out, TLOU I would probably say but I've not played the ps4 version. So I'm going to say gtav.
