Mine would have to be my trusty Sparkle 7900GS 
which has been nailed with so many FPS titles on ( even now ) very good settings. I'm surprised it hasn't melted yet 
Second would have to be my 4X512mb of Samsung PC4200 533Mhz that has been sat rock solid for over a year at 680Mhz on 4-4-4-6 1T settings
