Was just wondering what your favorite mods are from whatever game you like.

Post 2 for single player and 2 for multiplayer and what game they are for.

Desert Combat for Battlefield 1942 is probably of the best mods I have ever played for a game. It just totally changed the boring slow WWII nature of the game into something that was more action oriented and hilarious. Plus it came out when the Iraq War was in its beginning phase, so it was quite perfect timing.
 
Jailbreak for Unreal Tournament (all versions - although we've not released a UT3 version yet ;))

Caterhams Mod for GTR2 :D
 
Quake3: Urban Terror
UT2K4: Killing Floor
UT2K4: Alien Swarm
HL2: Metastasis
Warcraft3: DotA
 
Team Fortress, Team Fortress, Team Fortress! For Quake 1, of course. No mod will ever come close to topping what it did.
Also, Action Quake 2 (for Quake 2).
In the SP department...hmm. Maybe Alien Quake before it got shut down by Fox. And Quake Rally was quite good as well.
 
Strike-Force for UT99 was the best mod I have ever played, The multiplayer community was incredible (Likely due to the smallness, Everyone knew eachother) :)
