Your best steak recipe!

I know it's not hard to cook a steak, but it can be hard to cook a steak to perfection!

So how do you guys do yours?

More points for seasoning and flavouring and pics would be great!

I like to marinade my steak sometimes in this : -
soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
mustard
pepper
cumin
little bit of olive oil

Drain a bit of the marinade off before cooking (just hold the steak up and let it drip off a bit). You can then add the rest of the marinade at the end and make a sauce with it.

When can you come round and cook for me?

That sounds right up my street!
