Mk2 Golf 1.3
Mk2 Golf GTD
Mk2 GTI 8v
306 Dturbo (Editied to add sadly I've just remembered purchased my brothers car off him for £50 and it lasted afew months until it blew itself to bits)
Corrado G60
Audi S3 (Ming Blue)
Peugeot 306 GTI
Audi S3 (Imola Yellow)

Was meant to be buying a very nice and pokey B5 S4 after the first S3 but the sale fell through and I got myself the 306 as a runabout. After 6 months of no joy with the S4 search and a massive hatred towards the GTI 6 I settled for an immaculate low mileage S3 again.... For now. There is also a focus in there which was use when the golf's and 'rado were out of action.

Now bad I suppose just passed 24.

If memory serves it was pleasant enough to drive (mostly only ever used around town) and had 6x9s with a decent head unit for half decent sound.

'02 Astra 1.8 SXi
A quantum leap in performance and driveability over the Pun to. 8.5s to 60 felt rocketship fast in comparison to the Fiat. Handled well enough and lasted me 4 years.

'08 Renaultsport Clio 197
Awesome driving machine, shocking build quality, dubious reliability. Loved it to bits but was never confident with it as a longish range commuting machine. Lots of fun to drive. Lots.

'09 Golf MkVI GT TSI 160
A much more competent commuter than the Clio, without selling out and getting a diesel. Still pretty chuckable and not exactly slow, the power delivery from the twin charging is pretty enjoyable too. Interior is a pleasant place to be. Planning to keep for a long time with extended VW warranty for when the twincharging system inevitably implodes.

Best car out of the lot? Gotta be the Golf Mk2. Not the best but had the most character and was epic fun on the back roads to work.

Been driving coming up to 6 years

S reg Peugeot 106 1.4 quiksilver
03 MG ZR 105+
09 Alfa Romeo MiTo 1.4 TB 155

Probably not going to be another for a while unless the alfa blows up so I'll probably just mod the MiTo until a house is bought etc.

Not the most exciting history in the world, but taught me a few things,

1) Dont buy a old BMW without properly checking the history just cos you GOT to have a BMW Badge in your life. It will end badly.

2) Vauxhalls are pants, unreliable and their dealers are thieves.

3) Ford dealers are thieves but the cars are generally solid.
