"Your console is connected to the internet but can't connect to Live"

I have got the above error message, I'm sure I got it a few months back and have no idea how I rectified things.

All other networked devices in household working fine including another wireless 360. Nothing has changed on the network, I have reverted back to DHCP (usually static address for DMZ) but to no avail.

It was working fine last night, came home, turned it on and this... :mad:

Any ideas?!

Reset network settings and reboot router?

EVERY time this has happened to me, a power cycle of the router has fixed it.
