some might say you have a bit of an addiction sir! I'd call in enthusiasm tho lolHoly thread Nercro Batman! ...So I forgot entirely about this thread in the ...13 years since I made this post, I am really glad someone dug this up actually as it's interesting to me, a trip down memory lane as I have started to forget a a lot of these now, I don't think I could have made this list so completely anymore, but I can add a lot to this now.

Intel Pentium 133MHz (Socket 7)
AMD K6-2 300Mhz (Super Socket 7, clocked at 400Mhz)
AMD K6-3 400Mhz (Super Socket 7, wouldn't clock more than a few Mhz)
Intel Celeron 400MHz (Socket 370, clocked at 500Mhz - legendary chip!)
AMD Athlon K7 700MHz (Slot A, wouldn't clock at all really)
AMD Duron 750MHz (Socket A, clocked at 900Mhz)
AMD Duron 800MHz (Socket A, clocked at 950Mhz, still couldn't hit 1GHz, I crushed the core on the previous chip, this replaced it)
AMD Athlon XP 1800+ 1533MHz (Socket A, Palomino core, didn't clock it)
AMD Athlon XP 2400+ 2000MHz (Socket A, Thoroughbred core, clocked to 2,300MHz)
AMD Athlon 64 3400+ 2400MHz (socket 754, Clawhammer core, wouldn't clock much)
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2200Mhz (socket 939, Newcastle core, clocked to 2500Mhz)
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2000MHz (socket 939, Venice core, bought for a second computer, still runs in my Mum's machine now, would clock to 2400MHz at least)
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2400MHz (socket 775, Conroe core, clocked to 3000MHz and still running in my media machine/server)
AMD Phenom II X4 940 BE 3000MHz (socket AM2+, wouldn't clock much, 3100MHz or so)
AMD Phenom II x2 550 BE 3100MHz (socket AM3+, used/using in a test setup)
Intel Core I5 2666Mhz (socket 1156, Lynfield core, my main machine now, I haven't tried overclocking it yet)
---- Additions since I first made this ----
Intel Core I5 3570K (socket 1155 Ivybridge)
Intel Xeon E3-1226v3 (socket 1150 Haswell, these were in home servers and I had 2 or 3 of these over the years)
Intel I5 2400 (socket 1155 Sandybridge, bought used for very little years after it was current to fit in an old board I rescued and it's still used today as my CD ripping system, rarely gets turned on now, I think I got this around the same time as my first Ryzen actually)
AMD Ryzen 7 1700 (sold early 2019)
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 (sold in 2020)
Intel 10700 (10th gen Comet Lake, I fancied an Intel again, didn't keep long as I moved onto a Ryzen 5000 series quickly now sold on to a friend as a complete system)
Intel 10500 (10th gen Comet Lake, this was built because I felt like it, sold to another friend in a complete system and only kept and used a few months by me, was the first version of my livingroom PC connected to my TV as I got an LG CX OLED)
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X (this is in my living-room PC which is connected to my TV and is used for gaming and some media stuff)
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (my current main PC)
Laptop
Intel Pentium M 1733MHz (Dothan core)
AMD Turion TL-56 1800MHz (Tyler core I think)
AMD Turion ZM-82 2200MHz (Lion core)
Intel Core 2 Duo T7500 2200MHz (Merom Core, socket P, my main laptop now)
Intel Celeron M 600MHz (whatever the Celeron used by the first Asus E701 was)
Intel Core 2 Duo P8600 2400MHz (Penryn)
Intel Atom N270 1600MHz
I can't remember, I had a bunch of laptops after this period upto about 2013, since then though I have only had 1 personal laptop which is a Dell with a 6th gen Intel which more or less never gets used now, I used to travel a lot as when I made this list in 2009 upto 2012 my girlfriend lived in the Netherlands so I spent a lot of time there with her, after 2012 we split up and I came back to the UK full time and didn't need a laptop much anymore)
