The Freespace ones were epic!
Oh and Eye of the Beholder was awesome for its time, I still love the sounds.
If I had to pick a favourite though it would be Half-Life, it sets a perfect atmosphere for the game and it's hard to get across quite how mindblowing it was when watching it then playing the game for the first time back when it was released.
