Your favourite game soundbite/song

I have the ring sound from Sonic The Hedgehog as my main message alert too
 
I settled on Glad0s saying "surprise" as my notification sound. Short, quiet, and freaks my gf out when I get a notification in the middle of the night :D. I did consider Cave Johnson ranting about giving the lemons back as my ringtone, but I could see myself hating it after a while as is pointed out above. Text message is a bolt action sniper rifle (shot followed by bolt and tinkling of the shell) from BC2 by the sound of it. Just need a ringtone and I'm set. I'm tempted to go with "take us back" from the walking dead season two. Pretty chilled out tune.
 
i once sampled the "elevator" style music that the little radios play in Portal... EQed it a bit, looped it a few times and popped it on my friends phone as a ring tone when he wasnt looking.

I always fancied the menu selection noises from the original half life as notifications.

I've got the tales of monkey island chapter 1 through 5 off Steam on the cheap and I'm so pleased the music is faithfull to the original games!
 
C&C Red Alert Hell March and right at the other end of the scale .. Monty On The Run on the Commodore 64 (high score table theme)

Not really ring tone stuff but some might disagree.
 
When the Secret World first loads up, there's a kind of cool series of tones that sounds when the game is ready to launch. It's just an MP3 file in the game directory, and I've been using it as my message tone since the game came out :)
