Your favourite mince recipes?

I'm doing some batch cooking to get some "ready meals" in the freezer, so I've got a nice big amount of mince for my usual bolognaise and chilli con carne production.

As always, it's nice to learn new recipes, so what mince dishes are forum favourites? Must be suitable for freezing and reheating!

I don't see why you couldn't freeze them, mince freezes well and most doughs seem to freeze well.

Don't use sweet chilli sauce though, need something soy based.

I make this one all the time. You could freeze it and just need to make the rice, noodles or pasta to serve it with as you woudn't want to freeze them.
