Everyone keeps saying Nando's. I'm disappointed with the Nando's over here, the ones back home in Australia are much better imo.

Still I like eating at Loch Fyne, meals are a bit on the small side for my liking though.

My fave at the moment is Giraffe at Lakeside.

Santa Maria del Sur serves some fantastic steak for reasonable prices. It's down on Queenstown Road in Battersea.

In Xaghra Sq. (Gozo), there is a fantastic restaurant called Oleander which is phenomenal. In fact I would go so far as to say I would go back to Gozo just for the food in the restaurants, the standard was so so high.

If you're ever in Lewes, try the Spice Merchant indian restaurant, or The Jolly Sportsman in East Chiltington (not far from Lewes).

Can really recommend Le manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Great Milton.

If you're ever in Grenada, try Le Chateau or Nutmeg.

If you have a taste for the exotic..

Try kublai khan's in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Kebra, Crocodile, Springbuck, Kangaroo all on the menu. I really enjoyed it. Quite often Andrew - the owner - is about and he's an interesting chap to chat to.
