Currently got my rig (see sig) at 4.2Ghz (cpuZ reports 4150Mhz for some reason and clock at 98.8Mhz) anyway, 1.296V nice and stable so far temps are,
core0-47, core1-54, core2-53, core3-48, does that sound right?
Temps. look great. The cpu-z reading of 4150 is likely correct if the clock generator on the motherboard is setting 98.8Mhz as the BCLK.
What cooler are you using ?
Noctua D14, i set 1000 in the bios for the BCLK? I didnt expect there to be the difference between cores to be honest, whats the max temp for 24/7 running.
