What broke and when was the last time you had a boo-boo during a build. Mine just happened ...
Needed to thread my windows ssd data cable around a few things. Thought to myself, "I really should unplug it", but just decided to start threading anddddd .....SNAP, off popped the data cable and took the plastic casing from the SSD with it, leaving just the bare connections.
Last time I had a PC accident was years & years ago, so was really annoyed with myself for rushing and being lazy.
Still, after the tidy up plugged the cable back in (straight onto the connectors) and whilst it is very loose, it works fine. I even gave it a little wiggle whilst running some ssd tests and it seemed fine, so PHEW!
Accidents happen to the best of us even after 20+ years of pc building. Morale of the story ..NEVER TAKE SHORT CUTS!!
