I've not been sucked into the Halo 3 hype machine yet, so I'll say BioShock and Mass Effect.

My single most anticipated game is the next GTA.

Although I can't wait for titles like Crackdown, Mass Effect, Bioshock, Alan Wake, Assassins Creed, GRAW 2, PGR4, PES 7, & Stranglehold.

Are there any good RPGs coming out on the 360 soon? Blue Dragon looks ok but Im not sure about it being turn based.

Also what kind of game is Mass Effect?

Mass Effect is a Sci-Fi RPG. Jade Empire II is also coming out sometime this decade, and KOTOR3 probably sometime in the next century.
