A few pointers,

Zalman cooler meh, maybe when Athlon socket A was available it was cool.

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £26.69
(includes shipping: £8.70)

But check its height against what can fit inside your case.

CPU+board bundles - https://www.overclockers.co.uk/pc-components/motherboards/bundle-deals

550w will be enough, superflower, evga do some nice ones, you could reuse your ocz also if it has all the connectors for the new tech.

the pm951 is slooooow.

you want a sm951 and a nvme one at that,

my basket at overclockers uk:

Total: £313.67
(includes shipping: £8.70)

So theres three 256GB SSD that look the same, but they aint, only the last one is the true fast one. Look at the read/write and IOPS of all three and you will see.
