My i5 2500k is currently cooled by a Corsair H60 all in one water cooler with 2 apache black fans in push pull. if I were to replace it with these, EK Supreme HF CPU Waterblock - Copper Plexi **2011 Compatible plus a XSPC EX120 120mm Radiator plus a gentlee typhoon fan am I likely to see any improvment in the cooling performance. To be honest the H60 don't seem to be all that great.

Itd prob be a bit better, in my limited opinion, based on the fact youre using better block and whats prob a slightly better radiator, but as above, if you want to see a significant improvement, try a larger rad, do you have space for a 240?
Id say the fans you have at present are fine, no need to switch these up.
What pump are you planning to use?
Dont forget youll also need a res plus tubing/fittings.
It may be worth having a look at the kits here

What temps are you getting and what overclock are you running currently.

If you can't fit a bigger rad then the large air coolers like the SA, Noctua D14 and the Phanteks run cooler and quieter than the H60.

I'm limited to a 4.4GHz overclock due to the temps hitting the low eighties at anything higher while running prime 95. The case is an old Antec Sonata and can only be fitted with a single 120mm fan, and there's not enough room for a larger radiator.

Time to get the dremmel out then... A 360 will allow you to oc a lot further or fit a gpu block as well.

Going from a single rad to a single rad could not really be classed as an upgrade. If the xspc is generally better you may see a temp drop around 1-2c. As mentioned above look at a double or better yet a triple radiator for a real performance improvement.

First surely either get a better case or greatly improve your current cases airflow. Hows your other components temps? Would probably be easier to get new case and one that could fit custom watercooling if needed. Just a new case might improve your temps abit. But you might be on your limits of the H60 at 4.4ghz.

as said a little improvement. probably about 5c or a little more. as the block rad and pump is better.

you could always buy that plus another rad. or go for the bigger kit?

You appear to have two pumps in that IIRC the reservoir combo is also a pump.

Personally i'd go for a d5/ddc pump with top in lieu of any of the integrated pump/res solutions.
