Has anyone found any pictures of them self's in a game before, I was playing COD 4 for ages but never noticed the picture in the game until a clan member pointed it out to me.

It appears to be dotted around the map a few times with what almost looks like Ricky Gervais.

To be honest i think its just coincidence that it almost looks like you. But nice find !
