Your political compass

I was pointing out the hypocrisy in having that signature in the first place when your main priority is to cling on to the current system.

Explain how my main priority in life is to maintain the current system?

You know nothing of me, my life, or what I have done during it.

I do however know this, replacing a flawed but relatively free system with an authoritarian, brutal and controlling one is stupidity in the extreme.

When you finally get out into the real world you will see just what your oppressive socialist regimes actually lead to and when you have witnessed first hand the crap that I have you may be in a position to judge whether I am hypocritical or not.

Hey, so has super, he joined an internet group and everything! :D

So it would seem.

I'm still waiting for him to point to a communist regime he thinks is better than what we have in the West, so far he has come up with Cuba....

I also can't reconcile his claim that all the teachers he knows and his mother knows feel that education amounts to nothing. Why on earth are they educators then:mad:, no wonder some kids are getting disenfranchised when the very people tasked to teach them are operating under the assumption that it is a waste of time.....

To be truly Socialist (read, not an isolated and bullied state in a Capitalist world) a system must be mostly self sufficient. That's why a global revolution, or at very least a mass international uprising is far more likely.

I don't want your system. So what happens to me, and anyone else who doesn't want it? Are we re-educated? Am I just wrong?

But if you actually check on the website they have Labour depicted as somewhere nearer to Thatcher!

In terms of countries it looks like Sweden are closest to my result. Wouldn't mind moving there tbh, the women are hot!

Labour under Blair moved to the middle of politics, its more about your view of some peoples actions and Blair's Labour was more about social freedom and prosperity in the short term than what Labour traditionally have stood for (more the civil rights set up the SDLP used to go for).

On the plus hell yeah Swedish women are usually pretty tidy!

My political doctrine is cynical pragmatism. The more slavishly you follow the principles of pure ideology, the more obscure a practical solution becomes.
