Anything else I should try? About to give the Defon Demo a go, looks like a cheesy 80's film (Wargames?)

You could try Half-Life 2 Episode One....It's only about £6 on steam

Dark Messiah Might and Magic - one of the best games of last year imo.

I already own Hitman: Blood Money, Medieval 2 Total War and Uplink from retail or I would probably have bought them on Steam as well.

The only things I have installed on steam are:

Counter Strike Source
Hidden
Insurgency

Didn't bother to install HL2 again etc

The only thing I have actually purchased from Steam is TrackMania United. It's awfully convenient with an Internet connection that can download at a consistent 2Mb a second. I have also installed the Goldeneye Source mod, which is a bit of a giggle.

My steam list is huge... it is far far to convienient... plus its got the Pokemon like 'Gotta catch em all' feel it it...

The only problem is if steam goes down or if you get any problems with trying to get steam to load...Then you cannot play any games in your steam account.... :mad:

Never had a single problem with offline mode and i've been using steam since HL2 came out... :|
